ith the picturesque backdrop

of the clear blue sea, Muse

frontman Matt Bellamy wed

his model bride Elle Evans last

week. The couple said ‘I do’ in front of a

giant flower arch, with the poignant moment

witnessed by their closest family and friends.

The sun shone for their outdoor ceremony,

which included a hand-fasting where their

hands were placed together and bound to

symbolise their joining through marriage.

Elle, 29, designed her own wedding

gown for the day, which was then created

with Martina Liana Bridal. The strapless lace

dress, with a floaty tulle train, made her the

dreamiest of brides.

It was third time lucky for Matt, 41,

who has also been engaged to both Kate

Hudson and psychologist Gaia Polloni, but

never quite made it down the aisle. The third

proposal took place during a holiday to Fiji

in December 2017, but Matt and Elle’s day

was certainly worth the wait as it featured

a lavish four-tier cake, and impressive floral

arrangements inside their California venue.

Kate Hudson posted love hearts on Elle’s

Instagram post which showed her walking

back up the aisle with her new husband. Matt

and Kate, parents to son Bingham, eight,

have remained good friends since their 2014

split. Kate has since moved on with another

musician – Danny Fujikawa – with the pair

welcoming daughter Rani last October.
