surface without silvering and
look virtually painted on. One
omission from the decal sheet
were the Swastikas which came
courtesy of an aftermarket
sheet I have in my ‘spares-box’.
With the addition of oils and
pigments for weathering and
some exhaust stains applied
using the airbrush this unusual
scheme suddenly came to life.
This was a very enjoyable and
rewarding modelling project
made all the more interesting
by spending some time to try
and ind that uncommon paint
scheme. I heartily recommend
this kit from ICM it is great
value for money and means
that we modellers now have
a state-of-the-art kit of this
proliic World War Two Aircraft
in 1:48, well done ICM.
