1.On someTV outlets, this would be some-
thing of a thing, but onNetflix it’s just another
day. On Friday, the streaming service will re-
lease“The Spy,”a six-e pisode miniseriesstar-
ring SachaBaronCohen and written and direct-
ed by Gideon Raff (creator of “Homeland”).
Let’s see if it’s any good. The guerrilla comic
stars as real-lifeMossad spyEli Cohen, who
goes deep undercover in the 1960s as an elite in
Syria — andgets a littlestuck there.“Taking off
the clothes doesn’t workany more,”Cohen’s Co-
hen (!) says about his fake identity in the trailer.
“I can’t put himaway.” The ca st includesNoah
Emmerich from“The Americans.”

2.This one’s gonna require a post-viewing
“Silkwood” shower. OnMonday, Hulu is releas-
ing“Untouchable,”a do cumentary about Har-
vey Weinstein that chronicles his rise and fall —
a too-familiarstory at this point — but also fea-
tures interviews with some of the women vic-
timized by him. Directed byUrsula Macfarlane,
the film had its premiereat Sundance.

3.He saw a comic opportunity and took it.
WhenConan O’Brien heardPresidentTrump
inquire about trying to buy Greenland, he de-
cided topay a visit to the Danish territory,
greeting local fansat the airport with, “Hi, I’m
here to buy yourcountry.” The resulting hour-
long special,“ConanWithout Borders: Green-
land,”airs on TBS onTuesday at 10 p.m. Ac-
cording to O’Brien, when asked if they want
Trump to buy their land, the answersranged
from “No” to “NO!!!”

4.Queen, EltonJohn, and now.. .Hulu is

premiering a series based on the origin story of the legendary hip-hop groupWu-TangClan. Created andwritten byWu-Tang’s own RZA, “Wu-Tang: An AmericanSaga” is set inearly 1990sNew York. The castincludesAshton Sandersas RZA, trying to bringhis friendswith him to the world of music, as well as Shameik Moore, Siddiq Saunderson,Marcus Callender, Zolee Griggs, and Erika Alexander.Three epi- sodes willstream onWednesday, with the re- maining seven arriving weekly.

5.Amazon bought“Late Night”at the Sun- dance FilmFestival, hoping for a big hit. After all, t he film was written byMindy Kaling and starsKalingandEmmaThompson,alongwith Hugh Dancy and John Lithgow. But,even with somegood reviews (it has a 71 onMetacritic), it didn’t take offat the box office. Amazon report- edly paid $13 million for it, and $33 million more on marketin g, and it haspulled in only $15.5 million in the States and Canada. Do the math; it’s not great. On Friday, Amazon will make the movieavailable on itsstreaming service.

6.We’ve already had reality shows about having sex in a box onstage (“Sex Box”), subur- ban swinging (“Real Life Wife Swap”), and prostitution (“Gigolos”). Soit shouldcome as no surprise that Showtimeis premiering a reality show ab out theweekly therapy sessions of relationships in trouble. Called“CouplesThera- py,”and featuring“world-class therapist” Dr. OrnaGuralnik, it premieresFriday at 10 p.m. P.S. It’s the team behind the documentary “Weiner.”

Q.Should I tellmy son s (ages 19 and 21) that their father has elected to bequeath them half of what heis bequeathing their three half-siblings — aged 32, 37, and 39? The siblingsare close and have astrong bond. They all love their father. This information only came to light recentlyat our divorce trial, duringmy husband’s testimony. CAUGHT IN A DILEMMA A.No, you should not discuss this estate matter with your sons.Fresh into a divorce fromtheir father, it is information that is easily misunder- stood or misinterpreted. Importantl y, your soon-to-be ex couldchange his mind (and change his wi ll) repeatedly as time goes on. Also, unless this becomes a matter for the court to decide in your divorce proceedi ngs, how your ex divides hisestate post-divorce is not your business. And it is not your sons’ business. I’m going to speculate on yourex’s possible motivations, and ofcourse you and/or yo ur lawyer could try to communicate with him about it. Hearing hisreasons for doing this might help you to understand and accepthis choice. It occurs to me that he is making an assump- tion that since heis (perhaps) surrendering half his income — and other assets — acquired during his marriage to you (in the divorce), youwill also be leaving your assets to your sons after your death, so additional wealth willeventually be passed to the sons throughyou. Will you divide your estate equally with your sons and their half-siblings? I presume not, but you shouldthink about this. Because of the differential in their ages, he may be trying to take into account the “timeval- ue” of the money for the younger sons — in short, becausetheyareyounger,theywillhavetheir wealth longer and can grow it larger than their older siblings. Treating childreneven-handedly doesn’t always translate into treating them equally. Misun- derstandings and fights over money can do irrep- arable damage to familyrelationships. Do your best to have a peaceful divorce. Al- ways encourage your sons to maintain their close

sibling relationships — matters of wealth aside, they are all very lucky in this regard, and this should always bethe most important thing to you.

Q.I’ve been seeing a girl for a few years now.We both have busy schedules and try to juggle tosee each other, although probablynot enough to make us both happy.We have a very intimate re- lationship, and we tell each other how muchwe love each other. All of this is somewhat immaterial, however. She is choosing to create communicative distance from you, and also to physically leave you, be- causeshe prefers to be with someoneelse. She and her friend are definitely intimate —in that she is privately connected with him,as well as excluding you in the process. Given all of this, does it really matter whether they are also havingsex?

I understand thatpeoplewho have had “normal” ch ildhoods may not understand how pain- ful this is, as well aswhat a relief it isto finally say “goodbye” to these relationships.
