1 avocado, chopped
2 tbsp. cacao butter
or coconut oil
1 tsp. stevia or agave syrup
1 cup coconut yogurt
1∕2 c u p g ra n o l a
1∕2 cup each fresh blueberries,
blackberries, and
pomegranate seeds
In a bowl, using a fork, mash
the avocado, cacao butter, and
stevia together until smooth.
Divide among 4 bowls. Top with
the yogurt, granola, and fruit.
