Howdoanimals know

when to shed their fur?

Our Bactriancamels, Noemie and
Genghis, shed their fur during the
warmer months to help themkeep
cool. It cantakesix to eight weeks
to fullycomplete, and their hair
falls off in clumps, making them
look quite funny! As the season
begins tocool, they naturally
regrow their fullcoat, and the
processrepeats itself everyyear.
