These sandwiches areatraditional
waytoeat icecream in Sicily,Italy –
often for breakfast.To prepareyour
sandwich, takethe brioche bun and
carefully makeahorizontal cut in it
with the breadknife, but don’t cut all
thewaythrough the bun. This is where
the icecream will go.Now,toast the
top and bottom of the brioche for
15 seconds oneach side. When the
brioche starts to getwarm it isready.
