TheGreyhoundTrust
The GreyhoundTrustwassuggested to us by
TWJreadersLydia and Clément, who have an
ex-racing greyhoundcalled Orlagh. They wrote in
to tell us that the charity “does lots of greatwork
rehoming greyhounds, because 8,000 of them
retireeach year and The GreyhoundTrust homes
roughly half of them. Greyhounds aresuper with
people, and children especially,and areoften
used as therapy dogs. They aregoofy, lovable,
gentle giants. Greyhounds arevery special to
us and their profile and plight needs highlighting.”
