Bill Borgan modified a 1908 Thomas Speedster to carry twin
four-cylinder engines and double rear tires. He was inspired by
the The Race of Gentlemen (T.R.O.G.) events. Bill finished his
beach racer with scratchbuilt gauges, wrapped steering wheel,
and a Tamiya flat green and black paint job.

▲ Mike Turner modified the AMT Willy’s pickup into a four-wheel-drive off-
roader by adding the frame from a 1979 Bronco along with the bed from a
1934 Ford pickup. He detailed the engine and suspension and scratchbuilt a
winch and bumpers.

▶ John White has a love for ’50s automobiles, and a pivotal car in his arsenal
is the Moebius 1953 Hudson Hornet. John’s Hudson was built out of the box
over the course of three weeks and features a three-tone MCW paint scheme.
