NNL EAST

Dave Schmitt cut off the roof of this Malibu, scratchbuilt the convertible
top and boot, added a wired and detailed blown big block, and coated it
all with Testors Boyd Pacific blue pearl.

David Erwin converted Hasegawa’s Nissan Sunny pickup into a custom
long roof by adding a C1 Models front clip and a roof from a 1965
Chevelle wagon. The Sunny Wagon features an engine from a Nissan 4x4
pickup, Aoshima wheels, and custom-mixed orange paint.

Ryan Keyser used a ’32 Ford body, ’34 grille shell, a shortened bed, and
a detailed Coyote engine to create this 1934 street-rod pickup. Ryan’s
pickup rides on Z’man wheels. The seat upholstery was inspired by the
Southwestern-style hot-rod interiors he’s seen on TV.

Ron DeFrancis’s 1961 Chevrolet Impala SS features a fully wired and
plumbed drivetrain, mag wheels, and a killer DupliColor spray-paint
finish. The inspiration for this build was a club project for the 2018 NNL
East show. Ron says better to be a year late than never.

Charlie Contreras’s 1962 Ferrari 330 LM-TR1 features a ton of details
added to the engine and interior and trunk areas, along with actual
Ferrari-red paint. Charlie saw the full-size racer in person and decided
he needed one at home.
