Do BJ Blazkowicz’s feisty twin daughters bring twice
the fun to Wolfenstein: Youngblood (p72)? Find out
with our definitive Nazi-killin’ verdict over the page.
And if intense co-op action is your bag, Supermarket
Shriek (p76) is one to check out too. As a man and
a goat trapped in a high-speed shopping trolley,
you have to scream your way around the aisles.
Our score... might surprise you. We’ve also got the
heavenly Sol Seraph (p78), a 2D platformer/tower
defence hybrid with more than a hint of a certain
beloved retro classic about it... And speaking of retro,
Stranger Things 3: The Game (p81) unashamedly
evokes a bygone, pixelated era as it retells the latest
season of the nostalgic TV show in videogame form –
but does it live up to its namesake? Next up, They
Are Billions (p82) brings its unique mix of real-time
strategy and wave-based zombie survival over to
consoles after a lengthy spell in Early Access on
PC, Etherborn (p84) enchants and puzzles us in
equal measure with its beautifully told but utterly
incomprehensible story and Lethal League Blaze
(p87) gets our blood racing with its deadly take on
competitive sports. Finally we take a trip into the
great unknown, exploring the cosmos in Lost Orbit:
Te r mina l Ve lo c it y (p88) and bringing the power of
politics to the galaxy in Citizens Of Space (p90).
