MASQUE IS NOT EASY TO FIND. It is hidden deep in an old industrial section
of Mumbai in a former cotton mill, and entering the restaurant conjures
stepping through an enchanted doorway into another dimension. Outside is
all dark steel and grit; inside is all soaring ceilings and the sleek modernity
of what is possibly the most ambitious restaurant in India.
