This week, Vicky’s
jealous ex, Jed, finds
Michelle’s engagement
ring in Robert’s vanminutes before he catches
the chef putting another
ring on Vicky’s finger!Threats
When Jed threatens to blab
to Michelle, Robert agrees
to pay him off using money
from the Bistro safe. He also
says he’ll persuade Jed’s son,
Tyler, to move to Ireland with
his dad as part of the deal.When Jed later hears
Robert asking Tyler to stay
on for the baby’s sake, he’s
furious. But Robert’s had
enough of his threats.
Jed reels as Robert turns
the tables and vows to
shop him to the police for
blackmail, using evidence
caught on CCTV, if he
doesn’t disappear to Ireland.

hen Jan turned
on Eileen and let
her believe he
was part of the human-
trafficking ring, her heart
broke. Given what her
serial-killer ex, Pat
Phelan, put her through,
she’s off guys for good.
But Eileen doesn’t
yet realise that
Jan isn’t a bad
guy at all.
This week,
Jan, who’s
really a police
informant, risks
his protected
status to tell
Eileen his love was
real. But in doing so, he
puts her in grave danger.
No sooner has lawyer
Paula warned her to take
care in the wake of the
arrests than Eileen finds
an intruder at the back
door. Terrified, she hurls
a tin of peas at them only
to find it’s Jan! Eileen’sflabbergasted as he
explains all and asks her
to move to Amsterdam
with him. Paula then
corroborates Jan’s tale.High stakes
‘Speaking to Paula
changes things for her.
Paula says Jan
must really love
her to break his
cover to see
her,’ says Sue
Cleaver, who
plays Eileen.
When Eileen
then tells Seb,
who promptly
informs Alina,
their card is marked...
‘She knows Jan has
got caught up in a
dangerous situation but
it is so far removed from
her life that she doesn’t
appreciate how high the
stakes are,’ adds Sue.
Lurking on the street,
Rachel – who traffickedAlina – spies on Eileen
from her car. Though
Seb clocks the motor
and mentions it to
Eileen, she still meets
up with Jan. But what
happens next?
Teases Sue: ‘Eileen
tells Jan she can’t
go with him, but she
doesn’t know they’ve
been followed and it
might be too late.’ QSparkler... Vicky’s
delighted with the
ring, but Jed (right)
is on to RobertAs Jan returns for Eileen,
