(Chris Devlin) #1

DAY 1 The adventure starts in the town
of Matatiele in the late afternoon. After
checking in at our guest lodge we will enjoy
a delicious dinner where everyone will
meet one another.

DAY 2 Our adventure starts when we
ascend our first mountain pass, Qacha’s
Nek, en route to the Lesotho border.
Once in Lesotho, we will make our way
to Sehlabathebe National Park where we
will spend the next two nights – along
the way conquering three passes namely
Suspension Bridge Pass, Melikane Pass and
the famed Matebeng Pass.

DAY 3 Today we will take a break from
driving and do some sightseeing of the
Sehlabathebe National Park. This national
park boasts magnificent and unusual rock
formations, unique wild flowers and alpine
flora and rock pools.
Our second night is again spent at
Sehlabathebe National Park.

DAY 4 Today our adventure continues with
a drive from Sehlabathebe National Park

before eventually making our way to our
lodge at Ramabanta for the night.

DAY 5 Today we spend most of our time on
gravel roads having our lunch at the site
of a waterfall. Our evening will be spent in
a hotel in the town of Mohale’s Hoek.

DAY 6 Our last day in Lesotho and the
scenery will continue to amaze. We visit
a house built into a cave, traverse the
Maphooaneng pass and have lunch at the
