Parental Controls
Netflix is an awesome means of streaming digital entertainment to your phone,
tablet, computer, or TV. With a huge range of TV on offer, including children’s, it’s
fun for all the family. But how do you stop your kids watching a violent TV show, or
a movie containing swearing and nudity? With our help, you can set up parental
controls on your Netflix account to prevent it happening.
Setting Up Parental Controls on Netflix

To set up parental controls in the
Netflix app, you have to use a web
browser. So, open Safari and go to http://www.
netflix.com. Tap the link in the top right
corner and sign into your Netflix account.

After signing in to your account, you
get the familiar front page, like you
see in the Netflix iOS app. Tap the three
parallel lines in the top left corner for a
sidebar, then tap the Account link at the top.

On the next screen, scroll down until
you get to the Settings listing. In there,
you should see an option for Parental
Controls. Tap it, and enter your account
password to verify your identity.
