Get scootin’

THERE’S A NEW way of getting around Abu Dhabi.
E-scooter Àrm Circ has launched and says it wants

to make travel “more affordable, convenient and
responsible”. There are scooters now available on

the Corniche, Reem Island, Al Maryah Island and Al

Dana, though there are plans to extend the network.
All you need to do is download the Circ app on iOS

or Android, set up an account, load it with credit and
you’re ready to go. Once you Ànd a scooter you can

unlock it with the app and geofencing means you
won’t be able to ride it out of a deÀned area. They go

at 20kph maximum and cost Dhs3 to unlock, then

Dhs1 for every minute you use it.
