Ripon rally chalks
up 21 years

Mid West Yorkshire Centre
celebrated 21 years of rallies at
Ripon Racecourse with a special
cake. The rally has
been a huge
success over the
past couple of
decades, raising
more than £40,000
for charities.
Plenty of families
attended and it was
great to see children,
parents and
grandparents all having so much fun
on the rally field. Chairman Keith
Fielding and his wife Janet are
pictured cutting the cake.

Strat’s entertainment

“A horse, a horse, my kingdom for a horse” – Stratford-on-Avon Racecourse was the venue for a Shakespeare-
themed East Hampshire Centre rally in June. Rally officers arranged a two-hour guided tour of the town, which
naturally featured locations associated with The Bard. Other highlights included a boat trip, quiz night and games
on the rally field.
