aburg Wilk was founded in 1984 and is a Phoenix-based
law firm providing legal services to individuals, small
businesses and corporations. The firm is different in
they way it treats clients and co-workers, and the results
it achieves. Jaburg Wilk’s unique culture is founded in its 27
fundamentals, known as The JW Way.
In addition to providing quality legal services, the firm is
committed to making a difference in the local community. The
span of philanthropy encompasses meal service; volunteering
at events; painting senior citizens’ homes; food, clothing,
school and pet supply drives; and Santa for Seniors.
Whether employees are contributing time, money or
resources, they are encouraged and rewarded. The firm’s Give
a Day - Get a Day program provides up to eight hours of paid
time annually for volunteer activities. In 2018, more than 425
of volunteer hours were given, which did not include board
service or pro-bono activities.
Knowing it needed to financially support the passion and
efforts of their employees, the firm formed the Jaburg & Wilk
Foundation in 2007. Since then, it has granted more than a
half million dollars in supportive funding to local nonprofits.
The foundation focuses on children, our at-risk population,
and education in Maricopa County.
MASK (Mothers Awareness on School-age Kids) fits
