WTF?

(Where’s the Fun?)

➔MINT MOPAR
I purchased this totally optioned long-
bed Dodge pickup after searching
many months for a white, stripped
shortbed. I couldn’t be happier, getting
it from the original owner’s estate with
zero rust and everything working, even

➔FORDS FOREVER
Here’s a picture of three big-block
Fords: a ’66 Fairlane with a stroked 390
and four-speed, a ’64 Mercury Comet
with a stroked 429, and a ’66 Galaxie
7.0L automatic convertible. My friends
and I just enjoy a nice sunny day in Fort
Jennings, Ohio. The Fairlane belongs to
Kevin Ralston, the Comet belongs to
Dave Dancer, and the 7.0L Galaxie
belongs to us. We enjoy Car Craft
magazine, so please put us in WTF!

I was cruising in my 49-year-old ’70
Plymouth Barracuda convertible mind-
ing my own business and I get cut off
by two modern a-holes having a road-
rage fight, and it ends up with me into a
guardrail. It’s going to be a long year ...

the cruise, air, and radio! All the Via the Internet
boxes were checked when ordered
with the factory limited-slip, two-
tone paint, prospector package
with the Royal SE trim, maximum
cooling 26-inch radiator, factory air
with full power, and even the origi-
nal factory sticker with the 11-13
gas mileage listed, which was true
to form with the original factory
360-4bbl. The license plate reads
“1BAD440,” the same plate that I
had owned in New Jersey, North
Carolina, and here in Florida. I’m
going to have to lie a little because
“1BAD408” is already taken. It’s
not broken in yet, but I’m hoping
for high 11s at 110 mph, which is
what my last one ran.
