he city of Tolleson, Arizona, embraces the lowrider culture

as a positive influence and opened up West Van Buran for

the fourth year. The legendary Intruders Car Club worked

with city leaders, the Tolleson fire and police departments

and local business owners to help promote and reflect on the old-school

days of Central Avenue in Phoenix. No tickets, incidents, and no limits on
