British sport presenter
Gabby Logan, 46, and
husband Kenny are
parents to twins, daughter
Lois and son Reuben, 14.

This autumn I will be...
➤ Reading...
The Slap [by Christos Tsiolkas],
which I know is a few years old
[ 200 8] but I’ve just bought it.
➤ Holidaying...
We’re going to the Outer Hebrides,
so that’s a 1 5-hour car trip but
we’re stopping at lots of different
places on the way. We’ve never
been out to the Western Isles.
➤ Eating...
Breakfast consists of something
like avocado, salmon and spinach.
That keeps me going until
lunchtime. If I’m at home, I enjoy
whipping up a quick omelette.
If I’m on the go, I’ll go to Pret or
Leon. I make sure to have a TePe
EasyPick in my handbag too if I’m
eating lunch on the go. They’re
great for using after a meal to keep
your smile healthy and spinach free!
➤ Buying...
I bought a pair of trousers for my
son before I went to the World
Cup and I came back and they
were already an inch above his
ankle – he’s 6ft 4in and he’s 14.
➤ Indulging in...
Jacket potatoes with lashings
of butter.
➤ Exercising...
I’ll be working on strength training
to build up to entering a team into
the National Fitness Games.

Gabby Logan is working with TePe
to spread the word about the simple
steps people can take to keep
their teeth, gums and smile healthy.
