A daily dose of nature is essential for our health

But, according to Swedish dairy
brand Lindahls, who have created a
flat-pack backpack gym to encourage

people to get outside and get active,
we’re not venturing outdoors enough
to reap the benefits. Results showed
that a staggering 5 0 % of us Brits spend
less than an hour outside every day
(the recommended daily intake is
around two hours), meaning half of us
are missing out on some serious health
