Hillarys.co.uk have revealed the UK’s oddest
sleep behaviours... Is crafting the new yoga?
Research from The Great British Creativity Test has found that spending
time on creative pursuits, such as painting or crafting, can help people
manage stress. ‘Learning a new skill, whilst being good fun, is also really
good for your brain,’ says Dr Annabel Bentley. ‘Learning something new
helps improve your performance and allows you to learn more

found that knitting reduces your
heart rate by 11 beats per minute,
which has a range of health benefits.
