Miley Cyrus isn’t one to wallow.
After revealing she and husband
Liam Hemsworth had separated
after just seven months of mar-
riage on Aug. 10, the singer
landed back in Los Angeles four
days later with social media
influencer and new flame Kait-
lynn Carter by her side. “Miley
is relieved that the split is public
so she can just move on,” says a
source about Cyrus, 26, who was
photographed kissing Carter,
30, in Italy hours before she
announced her breakup. “She
doesn’t want to hide, and her
mood has changed drastically.
She seems much more relaxed.”
It’s indeed been a stressful few
months for Cyrus—and Hems-
worth—as their marriage pri-
vately fell apart. According to
multiple sources, the pair clashed
over Cyrus’s unconventional
views of marriage and Hems-
