culinary culture a radical
shake-up. To mark the
occasion, Jamie sits down
for a candid chat with Davina
McCall (pictured) and a look
back at the highlights of a
memorable career. While
filming this documentary,
Jamie’s UK restaurants went
into administration and to
his credit Jamie is prepared to
talk about what went wrong.
His cheeky chappie persona
isn’t to everyone’s taste,
