Learning to embrace oneʼs authentic self through social media is no easy

feeds. Without a proper  lter, itʼs easy to yield to negative in uences. The

co-founder of Kulet, Julie Anne Kang explains how she carefully curates the

content on her social media accounts to curb the negativity. She also prefers

to focus on positive feeds. “Pessimism online is inevitable, but I do my best

to avoid it,” she shares. “Itʼs important to be smart with how you consume

social media, and itʼs equally important not to pass on negativity to other

users as well.”
