Who of us would not like to live in a world of experience
defined by beauty, simplicity, naturalness and possibly
elegance as well? Unless distracted into blind belief in a life
of emptiness or complete desolation, we cherish happiness as
an innate disposition. Why should one make life more
difficult than necessary?
To live life by one’s own will in harmony with the world
around us is a yearning we feel deep within. This necessitates
a joyful adjustment to the Cosmic Laws. As varied as the forces
encompassing us may be, which influence us and our inner
stirrings, nevertheless with an alert inner spirit, we perceive the
power to make free decisions and think creatively and
independently over what we do or do not do, as being our most
precious attribute. Thus comes the realisation that through this
we give rise to effects with the power to determine our path
for long periods to come, for life does not know a standstill.
Furthering, upbuilding effects are already inherent in the
awakening of a kindred intention, which fosters doing good to
others, just as destructive intentions must also lead to ruin.
Since what one does to another, he does, in effect, to himself, it
is an unavoidable demand on every one of us to be aware of the
consequences of a decision. We sense we have a duty to truth,
a simple intuition for what is good and evil. The freedom to
make right or wrong choices implies inescapable responsibility.17

beyond which you so fear, deny or long for, you are
