British couture milliner Emily Baxendale has

collaborated with Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park,

London, unveiling a “Hats Off” collection—inspired

by the hotel’s history and oriental influences. In

time for the Royal Ascot and other summer

reveries in case you are late, executive chef

pâtissière Heather Kaniuk has also designed tea

cakes for each hat available at the hotel for the Hats

Off Afternoon Tea till the end of July.
