SPRING ONION SOUFFLÉ
This savoury soufflé begins
with a béchamel base and
is inspired by Julia Child.
The base can be adapted
using a variety of ingredients
as flavourings. In spring, you
can infuse the milk with fresh
spring onion, leek or even
a bouquet garni before
preparing the béchamel.
