건축 이론 연구 섹션 ‘SPACE 아카데미아’는 건축을
바라보는 사고의 날을 벼리면서 시대가 나아가야 할 방향을
모색해온 「SPACE(공간)」의 오랜 전통을 보다 긴 호흡으로
확장하고 심화할 수 있는 연구논문을 게재하는 섹션입니다.
2008년 A&HCI(Arts & Humanities Citation Index) 등재
이후 2011년 창간 45주년을 기념하여 개설된 SPACE
아카데미아는 우리의 지적 인식을 새롭게 만들고 새 지평을
열어젖힐 담론의 출현을 기다립니다. SPACE 아카데미아는
형식 요건만을 충족하는 공허한 논문이 아니라, 시대의 지적

Architectural TheoryAim of SPACE Academia
SPACE Academia is the Architectural theory research
section of SPACE. The section serves to introduce
academic papers that enrich and expand the legacy
of SPACE, in its search for future directions in ways of
thinking about architecture. After being officially listed
on the Arts & Humanities Citation Index (A&HCI),
SPACE Academia was established in concurrence
with its 45th anniversary issue, on November 2011.
SPACE Academia looks forward to the emergence of
new discourse that can open up new horizons, and
renew contemporary intellectual perceptions. SPACE
Academia cordially invites the submission of
academic papers of a high standard that can

원고 작성 및 투고 가이드라인 글 위주의 원고를 투고해야 하며 글을 설명하는
그림이나 표를 함께 실을 수 있다. 출판된 적 없는 원본 글로, 출판을 목표로
어딘가에서 검토 중이어서도 안 된다. 특별한 경우를 제외하고 원고 분량은 영문
기준 최소 5,000단어에서 최대 6,000단어 사이로 작성하도록 한다. 원본
그림이나 도표를 포함하는 원고는 워드 문서나 PDF 형식으로 작성한 후 이메일에
첨부해 접수한다. 투고할 때는 해상도가 높은 이미지를 포함하지 않아도 된다.
접수된 원고는 심사위원 세 명의 평가를 받으며 심사는 무기명으로 진행된다.
원고 게재 여부를 최종 결정하기 전 심사위원의 의견에 따라 원고 수정을 요구할
수 있다.
언어 국문 또는 영문으로 작성한다.제목 페이지 제목은 간결하면서도 내용을 잘 드러내도록 정한다. 모든 저자의
이름과 소속기관을 명기하고, 연락을 담당하는 저자의 우편물 수령 주소,
전화번호, 이메일 주소를 표기한다.
초록 초록은 간결하면서도 내용을 잘 드러내도록 작성하며, 원고의 핵심 사항을
요약하되 최대 200단어를 넘지 않도록 한다.
주석 및 참고문헌 원고의 마지막에 완전한 주석 및 참고문헌 목록을 싣는다.
저널을 참고한 경우 모든 저자의 이름과 발행연도, 논문제목, 저널제목, 권호수,
첫 페이지, 마지막 페이지를 표기한다. 저서를 참고한 경우 판수, 모든 편집자명,
모든 저자명, 출판사, 출판지를 명시한다.그림 및 표 모든 그림과 표는 순서대로 번호를 매겨 제출한다. 출판이 결정된
원고의 경우 그 원고에 관련된 모든 그림과 표는 최고 품질의 디지털 형식으로
제출해야 한다. 그림은 「SPACE(공간)」의 웹 매거진(www.vmspace.com)에

illustrations serving to support the text. Papers must consist of original,
unpublished work that is not under consideration for publication
elsewhere. Papers should be a minimum of 5,000 words in length and no
longer than 6,000 words. All manuscripts should be sent as an email
attachment in MS words or Acrobat PDF format, including all original
figures and tables. High resolution images are not needed for the initial
submission. The paper will be sent to the committee(chief editors and
judges) for ‘blind peer review’. Revisions may be required in the light of
referees’ comments before a decision is made to accept or reject the
paper.
Title page A concise and informative title and full names and affiliations
of all authors, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address of
corresponding author(any indication of the author's identity must be
omitted from the main content to facilitate blind review).
Abstract A concise and informative abstract of 200 words maximum,
summarizing the significant points of the paper.
Footnotes Footnotes must be inserted on the relevant page. Journal
references should include the name of the author, and the initials of the
author’s first name, year of publication, title of paper, journal titles in full,
referenced page number. References to books should include their
edition, all editors, and all relevant authors, publisher and place of
publication, as well as the referenced page number.

VMSPACE (www.vmspace.com). In all cases where the author is not the
owner of copyright of the figures, written permission must be obtained
from the copyright holder to reproduce the figures in this journal, and any
expenses occurring for use of images must be covered by the author.
Copyright The publication rights of all published papers, including
abstracts, remain with SPACE, so that SPACE may ensure full copyright
protection for the author.
