Feel the Poem

Using perfume as a poem, Floraïku is definitely one of a kind. The
luxury fragrance brand was created in 2017 by John and Clara Molloy, the
same duo behind Memo Paris. Floraïku is inspired by Asian ceremonies
and poetry, in particular Japanese haiku poetry. Just like haiku, Floraïku
fragrance compositions are short, sensual and striking. Each eau de perfume
is distinguished by a key guiding note – a flower, a tea or a wood – inspired
by the the ceremonies they form a part of.
Floraïku has a total of 15 fragrance collection and each perfume is
expressed as a haiku, engraved on the back of the bottle. Unveiled in a case
inspired by a Japanese bento box, each 50ml fragrance is accompanied by
an intricately designed purse spray that also serves as a cap. Floraïku just
opened its first boutique in Plaza Indonesia, where you are invited to sit and
take part in a ceremony experience to discover their fragrances.

This intense, bold and daring
fragrance embodies what Ducati
man is all about. Ducati 126 is
an eau de toilette that defines
masculinity; the year 1926 refers to
the year the legendary motorcycle
manufacturer was established.
The eau de toilette opens with
bold notes from tangerine with a
hint of bergamot. And as the scent
develops further, there’s a subtle
note of cocoa and lavender mixed
with geranium. Intended for men
with a sophisticated and stylish
persona, the overall aura brings in
a more musky profile, with the help
from cedar and amber wrapped
in vanilla and Tonka bean notes.
Ducati 1926 is now available at all
C&F stores.

Measure

Inspired by a ancient Greece myth, Dyptique launches a new fragrance from the Les Eaux line - Eau de
Minthé. According to the Greek mythology, Minthé was a water nymph who had an affair with Hades, the
god of the underworld. When Persephone found out, Minthé was turned into mint - the aromatic plant with
the well-known aroma. Eau de Minthé is the story of a metamorphosis, a mythological dream in which mint
is reinvented as a perennial scent.
In this fragrance, Dyptique reinvents an emblematic perfumery accord, fougère, drawing on the scent
of mint. Exuding mint from Oregon, the fragrance is also accentuated by nutmeg and patchouli for adding
depth to the composition. Instead of lavender, which is typically used for fougère perfumes, Dyptique uses
the floral notes of rose and geranium for this one. Eau de Minthé is available at The Papilion.
