only, Ambrosia Private Club has finally opened its doors for the
general public with an exclusive collaboration with Casa de Carne
(Ambrosia Private Club, Jalan Daksa I No.20, Selong, South Jakarta,
+62 822 9999 8860)–but still, for limited seats. A concept created
by Chef Hengky Efendy (an alumni of multiple Michelin starred
restaurants), the initiative is meat devoted with an extensive menu
that has a long list of various cuts of Australian prime beef. Only
available for two slots every Saturday, this is one experience you don’t
want to miss.
