BACON-WRAPPED,


CIDER-BRAISED STUFFED


TURKEY BREAST


Cover each bowl with piece of
puff and brush with egg wash.
Using point of sharp knife, make
a few slits in the puff to let
steam escape.


Bake until pastry is puffy and
golden, about 25 to 30 minutes.


TIP Prefer family-style? No
worries, just follow the recipe
and bake in a casserole dish
instead, using one large piece
of puff. After applying the egg
wash, make many slits up and
down the crust.
