The original Industrial
Strength Boi-ing cream
concealer has been
around since 1995. It
was one of the first
products from Benefit
that people actually
talked about. Before,
concealers were a
dirty little secret. That
little Boi-ing pot was
different. It felt like a
second skin: not too
wet, not too creamy. It
was gentle enough to
use under eyes or overEXCLUSIVE (^) Bounce Back
redness after a brow
wax, but heavy-duty
enough to cover zits.
It was easy to apply,
and it didn’t move. We
spent two years
working on the new
liquid version
of Boi-ing, called
Cakeless, because the
bar was high. Cakeless
can be used all
over, but the intense
pigments give full
coverage without
thickness, so it’s ideal
for the under-eyes.
Since it’s the full
coverage to the
original’s medium, it
comes in 12 shades,
not the six currently
available in the original
formula. The more
pigment a concealer
has, the truer the skin
tone match has to be.
We knew it would
share the same name,
though: “Boi-ing” is the
sound of a rubber ball
bouncing. Boi-ing is
about bouncing back
from everything life can

They’re supposed to calm you into nirvana by easing aches and pains, but bath
bombs with CBD are still too murky to recommend on their scientific merits. The virtues of a
bath, however (hot water, total body relaxation, prime book-reading real estate), are clear.
And if these CBD-infused bombs are also imbued with soothing aromas, like (from left) ylang-
ylang and calendula (Life Elements), lavender and rose (De La Beuh), or plumeria and coconut
(Joyful Bath Co.), so much the better. Because—murkiness and all—CBD bath bombs hold the
promise of at least 20 minutes of quality time to oneself. And you can pry them out of my
