NOTES

• These mittens are worked in the
  round from the cuff up.


• The spiral pattern is created by shift-
  ing the beginning of the round by
  one stitch every other round. When
  working the right mitten, remove
  the old beginning-of-round marker
  and the old gusset marker when you
  come to them. Stitch counts between
  markers ignore the marker that is
  about to be removed.

Cuff: CO 32 (40, 44) sts. Place marker

(pm) and join in the rnd. Work in k2, p2
