Base Circle
Using double pointed needles, cast on
8 sts and arrange on 4 needles; join
to round.
Round 1: K.
Round 2: K into front and back of
every stitch – 16 sts.
Rounds 3, 5 and 7: Knit.
Round 4: [K2, M1] 8 times – 24 ts.
Round 6: [K3, M1] 8 times – 32 ts.
Round 8: [K4, M1] 8 times – 40 sts.
Round 9: Knit.
Cont to inc in this manner every other
round until 140 sts are on needles in
total.
Cast off loosely.
