Using 3.25mm straight needles, cast

on 147 sts.

Rib 2 more rows.

rep from * to last 6 sts, k3, p2tog, p1

12cm from beg.

Cast off very loosely in rib.

MAKinG Up

With RS facing join sides together (will

be centre back seam) to form tube.

With RS facing, beg and end at marked

centre cast off edge, sew cast-on

edge of Rib Section to cast-off edge

of tube.

With RS facing, sew circle into lower

opening of tube.
