‘pillow talk’ battle

mbroiled in one
of london’s most
expensive divorces
— for which she
has retained the
services of the Prince of
Wales’s lawyer Fiona Shack-
leton — glamorous heiress
and Channel 4 ‘Secret mil-
lionaire’ Simrin Choudhrie
has had the satisfaction of
drawing first blood in a
separate legal action.
She has, i can disclose, emerged
victorious from the High Court
where her estranged husband,
multi-millionaire bhanu
Choudhrie, had initiated a so-
called ‘pillow talk’ action againsther. He was seeking to prevent
Simrin, 38, from disclosing details
about business dealings which
he had mentioned to her — and,
in particular, about a Serious
Fraud office (SFo) investigation
into his role in a rolls-royce
corruption inquiry.
Striking out bhanu’s claim —
and his attempt to alter its terms
of reference beyond the original‘pillow talk’ details — Judge
david Hodge dismissed his
application to go to the Court of
Appeal and ordered him to pay
his estranged wife’s costs of more
than £235,000.
