havea longhistorywithexamplesgoingbackto thelate1800s.Forthisversion,
I haveuppedthescaleof thefinishedhexagons,andthereis verylittleneed
foraccuracywithitsscrappystringstyle.Thisis a greatquiltto useupallyour
stripsandstrings,soit’sa goodstash-bustertooif youwantto cutfromyardage.
I liketo useas manydierentfabricsas possible,usingleftoversfromallmy
recentquiltprojects.Togivethequiltsomeconsistency,thereis a bluefabricfor
whatbecomesthebackgroundto thehexagonsandthepointsof thediamonds
thatformthehexagonsconsistof blueprintfabrics. This gives a focal point of
