Mind (#7 in trade paper, #9 in physical audio); and Queen Afua’s Sacred Woman
(#14), which explores sacred sexuality as well as Afrocentric spirituality.
The Four Agreements, Don Miguel Ruiz’s guide to finding personal freedom using
practices based on ancient Toltec wisdom, tops the 2019 bestsellers list 22 years
after it was originally published, while Eckhart Tolle takes two spots with his
popular titles The Power of Now (#3) and A New Earth (#4). Rounding out the top
five is The Secret, Rhonda Byrne’s treatise on the power of positive thinking.
Anne Lamott, the bestselling author of Bird by Bird and Help, Thanks, Wow, comes
in at #17 with her recent release, Almost Everything, which PW called a “comforting
book of reflections inspired by the current social and political climate” in its review.
Two books on witchcraft by Arin Murphy-Hiscock also made the top 25, while
