Asa father,it’ssomethingI feellike
I needtopassontomylittlefella.
It’sa skillforhimtouseonlywhen
necessary– todefendyourself,your

I thinktheartofboxingand
understandinghowtodefend
yourselfcangiveyouconfidence
andhelpyoufeelmoresecure
inpublic.Notonlydoyoulearn
howtothrowa fewpunches,
youlearndefence,howtomove,
evadeandcounterattack.
Physically,it’sa greatwayto
improvebalance,hand-eye
coordination,cardiofitnessand
strengthtraining.Inboxing,you
reallyhavetopushyourbody,and
theonlywaytopushyourbodyto
