Smoked salmon and
sprouted grain bread
Salmon is a great source
of omega-3 fats, which
studies have shown
can boost muscle
protein synthesis levels
when combined with
food. And sprouted
grain bread is higher in
protein than wholemeal.
- Serve 50g smoked
salmon with 2 slices of
sprouted grain bread.
