Blogger Kelly Eastwood,
aka The London Chatter,
shares her adventures and
this month’s must-haves

Spa. The product that really stood out
for me (and was instantly purchased
to take home) was their Refining
Exfoliator, a gentle yet powerful blend
of apple, lemon and grape enzymes
with ultra-fine natural volcanic
exfoliants, which all help to accelerate
natural cell renewal without damaging
delicate skin. They had me at ‘natural
volcanic exfoliants’, to be fair!
I recently heard fashion maven
Jane Shepherdson discuss where she
believed the future of luxury fashion
lies... Her answer was in renting.
We all know that the fashion industry
vastly impacts our planet, so fashion
rental platforms, such as My Wardrobe
HQ and Hurr Collective, are seeking
to create a more sustainable – yet
fashionable – future by allowing access
to rent from an unlimited, carefully
curated designer online wardrobe
(at a fraction of their retail price).
What’s more, these initiatives offer
an opportunity to extend the lifeline
of our existing clothing and also earn
money from it. So, that’s new clothes,
for every social occasion, but without
PHOTOS: FRANCES DAVISON HAIR: TAYLOR TAYLOR LONDON the waste..? I’m signing up.

I

n this AlexaChung vinyl hooded
coat, I will not be letting any
impending gloomy mornings or
random downpours rain on my
parade (or, more importantly,
ruin my lewwwk!). Waterproofing
and insulation aside, I love the pale
blue colour of this retro-style trench,
which can either be worn over
separates (a Maje snake-print skirt,
Jacquemus ribbed-knit top and
Sarah & Sebastian petal-shaped Rosa
pendants, in my case) or styled as
a dress, like it was on the runway
during London Fashion Week.
I discovered Uterqüe (Zara’s
lesser-known sister brand) during
the spring and was really impressed
at their purse-friendly sharp tailoring,
clean lines and wearable tones.
I recommend checking out the
jewellery, too – just how gorgeous are
these wear-with-everything, amber-
coloured agate dangly earrings?
During my recent stay at one of the
cottages at Daylesford Farm (which
were every bit as dreamy and relaxing
as you might imagine), I was treated to
a mini facial at the Bamford Haybarn
