‘For me, it is the holy grail of the
Japanese '90s halo cars. It is
great to drive, very comfortable
and – as most journalists say – as
easygoing as a Civic. However, you do
realise you are driving something special. It
is also amazing the attention it gets. Being
fussy, it is Japanese and you can feel the
difference in cabin quality compared to a
German car, but that’s part of its charm.’

loved as

Whoneedsa 348 or 964?
There’s a lot that
appeals about the NSX,
from its elegant looks
through to its impressive
reliability – which, alone,
can make it far easier to
live with than some more
exotic alternatives.
Manual 3.0s are always
a good option but the

later facelifted 3.2s,
with the six-speed
transmission, are even
better. The less vivid
colours also tend to
prove more appealing
to buyers. In any case,
condition and history
are crucial for when the
time comes to sell.
