What’s the best piece of commercial
work you’ve done?
I did a huge project for Manchester City
to celebrate their 2017-18 title win. It
was crazy to think I was producing the
official artwork to be shared across all
their social and player channels. It was
a humbling career high!

Who do you support?
Lanerossi Vicenza, the team of my city.
Vicenza is a small place. You can meet
the current and former players who still
live in the town and speak to them.
Who’s your favourite player?
In my team’s history, Stefano Civeriati –
not a famous player but my first idol.
For Italy, Bruno Conti.
What’s your favourite football
illustration from your own work?
It’s connected to my team but I made
it for an Italian musician’s record sleeve.
It was a portrait of Ezio Vendrame, an
Italian football player from the 1970s,
standing on the ball as he used to do.
I loved the synthesis.
What’s the best piece of commercial
work you’ve done?
The ‘Winners’ collection I produced for
UEFA – 20 illustrations about the history
of the Champions League and European
Cup. I was very proud to have my work
on show at UEFA headquarters in Nyon.
