‘Unfortunately, Roz’s

‘Roz ends up paying
the price for her decision
and it sets off a sequence of
events that impact on her life.’
Then there’s wealthy
Kate Riverty, played by
Rosalind Eleazar, who lives

in a huge house
overlooking
Windermere with
her husband, Guy,
and two kids. Attractive,
successful and respected in
the community, Kate seems
to have the perfect life – but
is it all a facade?
‘All may not be as it
seems,’ hints Rosalind.
‘Kate has a handsome
husband, a beautiful home
and life seems easy for her.
‘She always has a
beaming smile, looks immaculate and owns

a lot of materialistic things,
but that’s a protective
mechanism. Guy and Kate
like to put on a show, but their
marriage is strained.’
The scene is set for a twist-filled drama
that addresses everyday issues such as
modern parenting, moral dilemmas, sexual
desires and the toxic emotional baggage
that comes with keeping secrets.
‘Deep Water is empathetic to
the struggles and hardships of being
a woman,’ states Anna as grey clouds
loom ominously above the nearby hills.
‘And sometimes these particular women
make selfish decisions.’
