‘This image was taken in Chester,
where I live,’ reveals Andrew Howe,
who tagged #appicoftheweek on
Twitter. ‘I’ve always wanted to
capture the cathedral in such
conditions. A stroll along the ancient
city walls revealed the cathedral
tower and turrets in the dawn light.
The walls give an elevated viewpoint,
almost like walking across rooftops- I have never seen Chester look as
beautiful as it did that morning.’
