WellBeing – August 2019

(Grace) #1
Virgo
September arrives like a breath of fresh
air. Freshly inspired by Aug 30’s new moon
in Virgo, you find Sep 2–14 brings forth your
proactive best. Old problems don’t disappear
but you see them with fresh eyes. Now you
realise you can work with, rather than against,
the person or situation you perceived as the
problem. Be aware of losing hope Sep 23–28 if
finances or friends stress you out. Wait for Oct
10–20 when your earthy strengths rise again,
leading the way.

Sagittarius
The half-horse/half-human symbol
of your sign points beyond mind/body
balance to a questing for something
beyond. September says the mysteries you
seek reside within vocation, itself more
mysterious than it seems. Your ruler Jupiter,
expansive now in Sagittarius, crosses
swords with visionary Neptune for the last
time on Sep 22. It’s time now to reclaim faith
in yourself. This yields great rewards Oct
14–25 if you apply your faith in action.

Libra
Libra seeks peace and harmony
and Sep 2–16 offers balance between your
practical home focus and your need for spiritual
integration. When guiding light Venus enters
Libra on Sep 14 you start to feel more playful.
As this is also a full moon, the 14th offers an
opportunity to do a release ceremony at dusk.
Be restrained and non-judgemental under the
pressures of Sep 23 and 26–28. Then you will
experience true lightness of being with Libra
new moon on Sep 29.

Scorpio
Hungry to search deeper in pursuit of your
desires, September synchronises hard work and
depth for Scorpio. Earthy harmonies evoke the
best of four planets in your networking zone and
one of them is your ruling planet Mars. Careful
analysis, leaving your safe spot to connect or
maybe travel, adds dynamic thrust to your
goals. Sep 2–9 is exceptional for staging events,
supported by a waxing moon, while Sep 18–20
provides insights that help you navigate the
challenges of late September.

Pisces
Full moon in Pisces Sep
14 is the climax of a potent
phase that began with Aug
30’s new moon. Relationships
flourish and practical, grounded
energy carries you forward.
Sep 2, 3, 5, 9, 12 and 14 are all
nourishing so swim free of the
currents of doubt that may claim
you Sep 4, 6 and 9. Deep healing
is accelerated this month if you
co-operate with the process. An
important new direction forming
since late 2018 matures into
a definite shape after Sep 18,
energised by Saturn.

Cancer
Moving sideways
is a good defence but with
September’s invitations and
loving connections you will be
stepping out instead, expanded
by Sep 14’s full moon. Things
change somewhat Sep
23–28 and Oct 1 and 7–8, with
challenges for the sensitive
Crab. This is a hard beginning
for a solar month that
emphasises your home and
family yet if you stay calm and
centred you will find that after
Oct 14’s full moon your varied
roles and partnerships start to
show their strengths.

Capricorn
September is
a golden month for the goat,
who tirelessly climbs every
challenging peak. Less
challenge and more flow help
you balance those life polarities
so strongly revealed in 2019.
Work hard to maximise Sep
2–14, celebrate friendship at
Sep 14’s full moon and keep a
low profile Sep 22–28. Oct 4–14
you may be the answer to other
people’s problems, including
your family’s. Be gracious about
this. Oct 16-25 is the can-do
period when love flourishes.

Taurus
Placid and calm
is the bull until stirred by
challenge or attraction. With
the awakenings of Uranus
now a part of the Taurus
story, sudden shifts are to be
expected — at unexpected
times. Your guiding planet
Venus is in your love sign and
surrounded by three powerful
partners Sep 2–13. Time
to plan something exciting,
perhaps. Mid-October has
potential for such plans since
lover Venus moves into your
partner sign on Oct 9, all ready
for a heartfelt adventure.

Aries
Aries begins at March
Equinox when day and night
are equal length. Now Spring
Equinox approaches as
September offers up its earthy
mysteries. While Sun’s cycle
sets on striving and weighty
responsibilities, a reset is
available. Ambitions are more
grounded, plans more practical
and you can now easily adapt to
the changes. Heed the clarity
that Sep 2–14 provides, gather
energy at Sep 23’s Equinox and
let the climax of Oct 14’s full
moon in Aries warm your heart.

Leo
Mythic Sun gods were
known for their all-seeing
abilities. Likewise, Leo’s fixed
and imaginative gaze notices
many things — but only bothers
to expend energy on a few.
Since September is a month
that focuses practical material
concerns, do take notice. Earthy
harmonies Sep 2–14 evoke
an energy rush with plans; a
cautious approach best suits
planet Saturn’s help. Avoid big
expenses late Sep and Oct 7–8.
Then, Oct 16–25 supports money
spent on the home and creative
projects in general.

Aquarius
In true Aquarian style, you
have two rulers: planets Saturn
and Uranus. With both planets
now in earth signs, you can
ground your ideas and embody
your physical wellbeing. Family
or friends may suggest changes
now; this is a good thing even
though Aquarius likes to be the
one in charge. Remain open,
consider new directions in early
September and stay patient
late September. The full moon
illuminates your sign of creativity
on Oct 14 and smiles upon a
long-held plan or project.

Gemini
Partners are your delight
and your challenge, since Gemini
needs a playmate yet locks away
deep emotions. With four planets
forming a strong push in your
family sign complicated by money
issues courtesy of Saturn and
Pluto, things come to a head.
Some problems easily resolve
themselves Sep 2–14 while others
show deeper fault lines. Sep 14’s
full moon/Neptune duo reveals
hidden agendas, provoking
emotional honesty. Don’t let the
stresses of late September hide
the potential of Sep 29’s new
moon in your love sign.
