Studio Firang puts the st century gentleman in
the spotlight with some of the finest handcrafted
suits, that will impress even the most discerning

THE MASTERS

OF SUITS

Far away from Savile Row, but no less impressive, is Studio
Firang and The Darzi – a gentleman’s one stop shop for
bespoke suiting and ne ensembles. From the moment you
step inside any of its stores across New Delhi and NCR, you
will be embraced with expertise and inspiration to discover
the nest out ts for every occasion.
Founded by Mr Sunil Mital in 1981, The Darzi aims
to provide the nest quality tailoring. When Mr Sunil’s
son, Mr Sushain Mital, took charge of Studio Firang in
2013, he brought to India something the country had
never witnessed before – hand-picked fabrics, patterns,
accessories and labels.
From designer sherwanis to Italian ready-to-wear
garments, Studio Firang and The Darzi help you make a
distinctive style statement. Apart from their bandhgalas
and achkans, they also pulled off a collection highlighting
the British Indian fusion style. Each tailor here spends time
handcrafting the 200 components that go into making a
suit. The result? Nothing short of wearable works of art.
Speaking about this, Mr Sunil Mital says, “Bespoke tailoring
is a dying art, which we aim to revive by creating an
in-house infrastructure where our teams are trained to
ensure excellence.”
Aiming to spark interest in modern customers, while
remaining true to their loyal audience, the father-son duo
also recently launched their new venture, Mirasu. This new
brand promises some of India’s biggest, most luxurious
high-end fabrics and accessories. Need we say more?
