hen my daughter Victoria, 9,

announced that she was not

going to go to school any more, I

was really worried. She loved

school and was doing well - what

had happened? I eventually

persuaded her to talk and found

out that she was scared of doing

PE, after her friend had tripped

and broken her arm. I found her a

little rose quartz crystal angel and

told her that her guardian angel

would protect her always - not just

during PE! It worked brilliantly.

I am using Cheryl Richardson’s

Self Care cards for intuition. You’ve

certainly got a lot on your plate, but

it’s crucial that you fi nd time for

yourself. Get your priorities straight

by writing a list of absolutely

everything you do and cut it into

lines so that you can easily sort

out the order of what matters

most. The most important one is

‘looking after me!’ which goes at

the top. It may be that your sister

doesn’t realise how you feel, so you

need to talk to her. Try to make it a

calm discussion along the lines of,

‘how are we going to support Dad?’

Create a joint plan of action -

which could involve help from his GP

and Social Services. Clearing the air

between you might bring you a new

beginning! It is vital that you don’t

feel guilty about needing help. You

must put your self-care at the top of

the list - how can you help others if

you don’t look after yourself?

his mighty angel was originally
in the Order of Virtues, but he
became one of the Fallen Angels. He
does, however, retain his power and
dominion over vegetables. This can
be quite handy if you’re a gardener
and need a little extra help to
encourage the cabbage to grow or
keep the pests away. I’m not sure if
he can persuade the kids to eat it
though! Oh - you also have to recite
the 93rd psalm whilst calling on him.
