Is Zak ready for a new romance after the recent death of wife Lisa?

Z

ak’s beloved wife Lisa died from an

incurable illness a few months ago,

just after the couple had remarried.

But this week, will grieving Zak’s head be

turned by old flame Faith? The pair once had

a one-night stand that led to their son, Cain.

Strong connection

‘Faith’s a bubbly personality, which Zak

found attractive in the old days,’ explains

Steve Halliwell, who plays Zak. ‘At the

moment, they’re both proud parents as

Cain seems to be dealing with his life well.’

However, with Zak still grieving over Lisa,

and Faith down in the dumps after breaking

up with Pollard, the pair start reminiscing

and find themselves getting rather close...

‘They kiss and it shocks them both!’ reveals

Steve. ‘But it is just a mad moment of comfort.

Zak doesn’t want a new relationship.’

But the next day, he and Faith secretly

meet in the cellar of The Woolpack, and are

seen by Bear, who gets the wrong idea...

‘Bear is convinced Zak and Faith are

having some kind of liaison!’ says Steve.

Will jealous Bear, who has had a fling with

Faith, expose ‘secret lovers’ Zak and Faith

and make things a whole lot worse? Q

headmistress Jessie

has been sacked from

Hotten Academy.

When the locals start

blaming Jessie for what

happened between

predator Maya and

teenage student Jacob,

busybody Nicola, then

takes her frustrations

out on husband Marlon.

But as an unhappy

Marlon, Jessie and her

sons Billy and Ellis walk

home, they’re unaware

that a mystery man is

watching the family’s

dad, Al Chapman!
